Vitality Age Calculator

Formula Used:

VitalityAge = chronological age - (VO₂max - 35) * 0.5 + (resting heart rate - 60) * 0.2 - (HRV - 50) * 0.1 + (fat percentage - 20) * 0.3 - (muscle mass / lean body mass) * 5 - (strength level - 5) * 1.5
Chronological Age: Your actual age in years.
Resting Heart Rate (bpm): Lower values suggest better cardiovascular fitness.
VO₂max (ml/kg/min): Maximal oxygen uptake—higher values suggest a younger biological age.
HRV (ms): Higher variability indicates better autonomic nervous system balance and recovery.
Fat Percentage (%): High fat levels are associated with metabolic stress and aging.
Muscle Mass (kg): More muscle supports vitality and resistance to aging.
Lean Body Mass (kg): Used to calculate muscle ratio (muscle/LBM).
Strength (1–10): Subjective estimate of total body strength.
